The Tennessee NAWGJ Board met on October 9, 2026, in Clarksville, Tennessee. The meeting was called to order by Dawn Roy at 9:20 a.m. Six board members were present, with one absent.
The board discussed and approved three items:
1. Base Score Clinic Donation: The board unanimously approved a $300 donation to the NAWGJ Regional Judging Director to support Base Score Clinic observation. The Base Score Clinic is expected to replace the Region 8 NAWGJ Symposium beginning in 2027.
2. Level 8/9/10 Training Camp Donation: The board unanimously approved a donation of up to $150 for gymnast game prizes at the October 9–11, 2026, training camp in Clarksville.
3. 2026–2027 Season Budget: Board members reviewed the proposed season budget and made adjustments to incorporate the approved donations. The revised budget was unanimously approved.
With all business concluded, the meeting was adjourned at 9:35 a.m. by agreement of the board.
